Daily Integration Workshop

Workshop Experience Features
Live Practice Sessions
Every workshop includes 60% hands-on practice time. Families meditate together, try new techniques immediately, and receive personalized feedback from experienced instructors during the session.
Take-Home Materials
Each family receives printed guides, audio recordings of the specific techniques practiced, and weekly practice schedules customized to your family's routine and availability.
Small Group Learning
Workshop groups limited to 6 families maximum. This allows for individual attention, family-specific modifications, and the chance for kids to learn alongside peers while parents connect with other mindful families.
Follow-Up Support
Two weeks after each workshop, families receive a check-in call to discuss how techniques are working at home, troubleshoot any challenges, and make adjustments to practice routines as needed.
